Content Writer - plain-language guides (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
