Content Writer - plain-language guides (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Basin Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits.
