Content Writer - plain-language guides (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Press Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
