Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
