Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates provides affordable homes and support services around Grand Rapids, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 692 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services.
