Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge.
