Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a law firm in Fort Worth serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
