Content Writer - plain-language guides (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
