Content Writer - plain-language guides (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a Detroit practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about document review. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
