Northwind Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
