Greenridge Yarrow Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Des Moines focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
