Silverline Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Denver. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
