Content Writer - plain-language guides (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
