Silverline Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Dallas. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
