Westbrook Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
