Clearpath Rook Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Colorado Springs and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
