Bright Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
