Content Writer - plain-language guides (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
