Content Writer - plain-language guides (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quarry Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
