Clearpath Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
