Content Writer - plain-language guides (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Cincinnati presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
