We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Community Partners Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
