Lumen Hollow Legal Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
