Content Writer - plain-language guides (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Orchard Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
