Content Writer - plain-language guides (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Boston with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
