Content Writer - plain-language guides (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
