Silverline Lantern Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
