Silverline Yarrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
