We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
