Content Writer - plain-language guides (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Baltimore focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with hardship programmes.
