Content Writer - plain-language guides (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a law firm in Baltimore serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about court deadlines. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
