Content Writer - plain-language guides (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
