Bluepeak Hollow Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
