Content Writer - plain-language guides (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
