Content Writer - plain-language guides (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
