Content Writer - plain-language guides (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 395 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
