Content Writer - plain-language guides (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bright Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 225 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
