Content Writer - plain-language guides (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
