Stonegate Keystone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
