Content Writer - newsletters (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
