Content Writer - newsletters (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
