You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
