Content Writer - newsletters (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Nova Amber Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 290 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
