Summit Ridge Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Wichita. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
