Content Writer - newsletters (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Wilder Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Virginia Beach plant, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with bindery work.
