Content Writer - newsletters (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Virginia Beach with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
