Content Writer - newsletters (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
