Content Writer - newsletters (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
