Content Writer - newsletters (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
