Content Writer - newsletters (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge.
